Return and Refund Policy

I hope that you enjoy the products ordered, however, please follow the instructions below for possible courses of action. Please note that in purchasing any products from this site, you agree to the return and refund policy.

• Returns available for lost or damaged items.
• Returns must happen within 10 days of the delivery of the item.
• Photos of the damage must be provided.
• If you receive the wrong product, or have changed your mind and would like a different size or format, I would be happy to exchange the product for you.
• If you wish to exchange your product please contact me directly, and I will be happy to find a solution for you.
• If you would like a refund, please contact me directly and provide photos of the damage. A refund will be issued once the product is shipped back to me.
